Establishment of Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Contract for Electrical Maintenance and Call Out Services at Mary Immaculate College

Tender description

The purpose of this Tender competition is to appoint a Term Maintenance Contractor for Electrical Services Maintenance Works, for a period of up 4 year period , to cover all MIC buildings across both campuses. The purpose of this Tender competition is to procure an Electrical Contractor to enter into a term maintenance contract for electrical systems inspection and maintenance services. The service will include: • Planned maintenance, inspection and testing, • Call out repairs and maintenance, • Scheduled Minor Works, • Co-ordination with 3rd party contractors on works projects. The proposed works shall be delivered through PW-CF11 Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Public Works Contract.
