Tender description

Islington Council seeks to appoint a suitably skilled multi-disciplinary consultancy (MDC) team to lead on the redevelopment of the Hayward Adventure Playground, in line with the 2020 RIBA Plan of Work Stages (stages 2-7). Note that a Stage 1 Report has already been carried out. The contract will be procured as a Further Competition procedure and conducted in two phases. The First Phase is a request for expressions of interest (REOI) – all suppliers registered on CCS Construction Professional Services (RM6165) Lot 1 - Built Environment are invited to express an interest in tendering or to decline to tender (for full detail please refer to the EOI return form).
