WNC CCTV Monitoring

Tender description

The Council requires the provision of CCTV Monitoring Services which are carried out on a 24 hour, 365 days per year basis. The Services shall include (but will not be limited to)• A CCTV monitoring service, with links to areas of West Northamptonshire and Wellingborough• CCTV monitoring of certain retail parks and industrial sites• CCTV monitoring of housing sites and other council properties• Retail Radio and Pubwatch links• Supporting the Emergency Planning of the Council.• General monitoring of approximately 500 cameras• Maintaining numerous radio links• Fire alarm testing• Liaison with outside bodies (e.g. Blue Light Services etc)• Incident reporting• Digital management• Response to emergency call outs• Providing intelligence logs to the Police• Provision of statistical data in support of the service• Receiving general enquiries from members of the public• Liaison with other operators and camera engineers on a daily basis Lot 1: The Council requires the provision of CCTV Monitoring Services which are carried out on a 24 hour, 365 days per year basis.
