Request for Information - New ICT Leisure Management System

Tender description

The London Borough of Lambeth Council is seeking a Request for Information (RFI) only proposals from competent suppliers in the market in order to scope specification requirements for the implementation of a comprehensive one-stop-shop IT Leisure Management System. The purpose of this system is to streamline and enhance the management of leisure facilities, activities, and services provided by Lambeth Council. The system should integrate seamlessly with existing IT infrastructure and provide a user-friendly interface for both staff and customers. Additional Information: Responses received as part of this exercise shall be used to help shape the Council authority's final specification of system requirements and scope the future procurement process. Please note: This Request for Information is intended to allow interested organisation with appropriate experience to outline their views and provide impartial information to the Lambeth Council with no commitment to themselves or the Council.
