Tender description

This was undertaken by Hampshire County Council on behalf of Arun District Council: Arun District Council seeks to appoint a consultant to lead the design and consultancy services associated with of a new Sports Hub at Palmer Road Recreation Ground in Angmering. The council's Playing Pitch Strategy undertaken in 2019, identified the need to upgrade and improve the current provision of pitches and changing facilities. Alongside investment from the Football Foundation, Palmer Road Recreation Ground is redeveloped as a multi-sport hub with improved grass pitches, changing facilities and a new 3G pitch. The supplier will act as lead for a multi-disciplinary team of consultants delivering project management, cost consultancy, architectural, structural, civils, MEP, drainage and turf pitch specialist design services as part of this commission for RIBA Stages 1 & 2 including financial bid Consultancy.
