NEC Supervisor Role for the Final Phase of Development at Airfield Business Park, Market Harborough LE16 7WL

Tender description

The Authority is looking to procure an NEC Supervisor role. The NEC Supervisor will act in accordance with the core clauses of the ECC NEC4 Contract and ensure as best they can that the Contractor delivers what the Client has asked for in the project 'Scope', the Scope provided by the Contractor for its design and what is required by the 'applicable law'. The NEC Supervisor will work collaboratively with all parties and in the spirit of mutual trust and cooperation to ensure the successful completion of the building project. The contract is for an initial 2 year period with options to extend for further periods up to 2 years resulting in a maximum contract length of 4 years.
