Luminate Education Group is seeking to appoint a suitable Main Contractor to provide a new build teaching facility within the grounds of Temple Newsam. This is a New build scheme, utilising Passivhaus principles. The site itself is within a conservation area, is adjacent to a grade II listed wall on one side and a row of protected trees with protected roots on the other. Access to the site is limited and as part of the scheme, a new driveway will need to be installed. For further details please refer to the attached documents. This is a two-stage process: 1) Stage 1 - Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) which is an evaluation of the capability of Bidders to deliver the clients requirements. 2) Stage 2 - Invitation to Tender (ITT), which, on the basis of the tender documents aims to establish the best proposal to deliver the contract together with the establishment of a target cost. It is anticipated that approximately 4 contractors will be taken forward to this stage. The PQQ will be issued through the InTend portal, and as such, any queries arising from the PQQ should be directed back through the InTend portal. Your PQQ submission will be scored in accordance with the selection criteria contained within this PQQ document only. Additional information: Completed PQQ's should be submitted via the InTend portal by the due date 12 noon Friday 7th June 2024 upon which your submission will be evaluated.
