Labworth Memorial Gardens/Band Stand Contract

Tender description

Canvey Island Town Council wishes to invite organisations with the appropriate skills, experience, procedures and financial standing to submit a tender for the following works: The five-year landscaping, grounds maintenance and litter clearance contract for the Labworth Memorial Gardens and Band Stand site inclusive of the Seafront Flower Borders located along Eastern Esplanade in Canvey Island. Interested parties should contact the Town Clerk on clerk@canveyisland-tc.gov.uk or complete the pre-qualification questionnaire which will be reviewed by the 7th June 2024. Successful contractors will be sent the full tender documents to be returned by the 12th July 2024. NOTE: Tender documents will not be sent until a pre-qualification questionnaire has been completed and assessed by the date stated above.
