Tender description

For architectural, structural, civil and MEP design services including cost management services to facilitate the proposed reconfiguration of Mulcaster House (formerly in use by Jersey Water). The reconfiguration and refurbishment is intended to provide a new temporary office for the staff working on the New Healthcare Facilities Programme (NHFP) and in the longer term, to provide a fully functional Facilities Management office (hub) to support the Overdale Acute Hospital.
