GB-Kings Lynn: Kitchens and Bathrooms

Tender description

The overall purpose of this procurement is to secure two service providers capable of delivering not only an effective delivery program of works, supplying and fitting kitchens and bathrooms but also a socially responsible, sustainable, and transparent approach to service delivery that safeguards and supports the well-being of residents and properties across the Freebridge portfolio. Freebridge Community Housing requires two capable kitchen and bathroom installers to provide the annual programme of works across its diverse housing stock within Kings Lynn and West Norfolk. The contract will be based on NatFed v8 schedule of rates - Void Ordering Schedule (VOS). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
