WRAP2030 is our strategy to make a much greater contribution across the globe to the climate challenges we face. Our strategy is about driving positive change more rapidly and efficiently, catalysing action with our target audience(s), aiming to have at least 10 times more impact than we've had previously. Providing a great people experience and securing and developing talent is essential for growth and we seek support for this. We require a programme manager to support the design and implementation of the people programme, through the provision of expert guidance, strategic advice, and practical support. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
