The Council is seeking to award a food & drinks concession contract from 1st August 2024 - 30th September 2029, to a mobile catering kiosk or van that sells a range of food and drink items and these include, where practicable a range of healthy eating options. The income expectations for the mobile concession unit is in the region of ?350 per month. Set out below is the proposed timetable. Please note, there will also be a one-off admin fee of ?250 and a one-off legal fee in the region of ?450. Fees will need to be paid at the signing of the lease. 1 Request for Quotation Published Wednesday 22nd May 2024 2 Deadline for requests for clarification Wednesday 12th June 2024 at 23.59 3 Tender return deadline Monday 24th June 2024 at 12pm 4 Evaluation of tenders completed Monday 1st July 2024 5 Contract award Wednesday 3rd July 2024 6 Contract Commencement Thursday 1st August 2024 Please ensure that all requests for clarification are via the InTend correspondence function.
