HSE Southern Capital and Estates will appoint a Competent Civil Contractor to Tower CNU to provide the completion of the project outlined in the scope The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a short form of a contract with the Tenderer which is successful in the competition for Cork South West The successful tenderer will carry out the works for Capital and Estates Office for- Cork the selected Contractor will carry out the project and act as the appointed PSCS It may be necessary to carry out works in conjunction with other contractors (Electrical, Mechanical, building etc.), when appropriate, as part of the response specially for minor works involving alterations to buildings. The HSE will appoint an independent PSDP at the project initation. The Contractor shall provide a complete contract service , with embedded principles of high-quality standards. The objectives of the HSE Capital and Estates Dept for implementation by the Contractor are; The intended use of this scope of works is for the installation of a new foul/rising main/water main network between existing local residents and Blarney CNU (HSE) as per drawings 120/121/122, 340/341/342 created by Punch consulting engineers. The new proposed water main and foul drainage network is to be connected to residents existing pipework as designated by the drawings 120 and 340 New pipe work will also be installed as per drawing 122 and 342 and shall facilitate connection to the existing service of Blarney CNU.
