Tender description

The Council invites quotes for the new build timber frame block at the school to provide a library room, with associated canopy and external works to address levels and access at Becontree Primary School as detailed in the accompanying tender documents. The proposed timetable for the works including but not limited to period of Contract is as below: - Site set up: Monday 22nd July 2024 (Note: 24th July – end August 2024: school summer holiday period) - Completion of works: 24th January 2024 (26-week construction period) - Contract Period: July 2024 to July 2025 (defects to be 12 months) Further information and tender documents are available on our e-tendering portal https://lbbd.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.shtml Any questions regarding the tender should be addressed through the portal in the messaging section.
