Provision of Professional Services for the new waste vehicle depot project

Tender description

The Councils are looking to engage with an organisation to deliver a full range of professional services to deliver a depot to serve our two districts’ waste collection service operation. The successful Consultants will directly resource the Project Manager and Cost Consultant roles for the Project. The Consultant is required to either appoint directly or sub-contract a Design Team for the provision of the necessary professional services to deliver this Project. These may include, but not limited to a Lead Designer, Architect, Waste Specialist Planning consultant, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, Civil and Structural Engineer, Landscape Architect, Access Consultant, Noise Consultant, Building Control Consultant, Sustainability Consultant, Fire Engineer and Principal Designer. All bidders interested in providing a submission for this requirement must sign and return the Non-Disclosure Agreement within the document pack. Once received by the council the confidential information will be released. The council will not accept submissions from bidders who have not returned a signed NDA and those that have not attended the mandatory, accompanied site vist.
