Tender description

NEASUS is looking for a supplier, or suppliers, of vehicle body repair services to its fleet of over 500 vehicles. The fleet comprises approximately: • 175 emergency ambulances (Mercedes Sprinter and FIAT Ducatos) • 213 Patient Transport Service vehicles (Renault Masters) • 85 Rapid response and blue-light cars (Volvo XC60s/Volvo XC90s/Skoda Kodiaqs/BMW GT2s) • 13 Hazardous area response vehicles (Mercedes Sprinters/ VW Transporters) • Ten 7.5tn trucks (Iveco Euro cabs with box bodies) • A range of ancillary vans and support vehicles (not more than 3.5tns) NEASUS require frequent accident damage repair services to be completed to a high standard and in a short timeframe. NEASUS would ideally like a supplier/ suppliers to undertake all services required , at their own workshop, however, if the service can be delivered to the required timescales via the supplier whilst involving any suitable subcontractors then this would be acceptable.
