Tender description
Contract description - The aim of this procurement is to put in place a contract which covers Multi discipline property refurbishment works for the period stated. The following sections will be able to utilise this contract: • Repairs and Maintenance (Planned/Major works) • Investment/Capital schemes If you have any queries please contact AntonyThornton@gateshead.gov.uk or send a message via the NEPO messaging portal. Period of contract - 12 months, with three optional 12 month extensions. Submissions must be received no later than Monday 19th February 2024 by 12pm.
