Tender description

The Ministry of Defence requires the current support contract for the iDEWDB (Defence Electronic Warfare Database) to be re-competed as it expires in May 2025. The requirement is to continue to develop the capabilities and effectiveness of the iDEWDB whilst at the same time maintaining the agreed level of system availability. This will be a combination of on-site support (MoD, UK site) and off-site bug fixes, patching and software updates. It is envisaged that the support contract will include external agreements with partner businesses, tasking mechanisms for ad-hoc tasks that will require the supplier to investigate future development opportunities. The supplier must have or be able to attain Facility Security Clearance (FSC) and their personnel will require Developed Vetting (DV) being prepared to obtain higher classifications. This requirement is not open to overseas suppliers.
