Advance Northumberland wishes to appoint a business support supplier that can provide a pool of Technical Specialists relevant to the field of in work support, staff retention and skills. The successful supplier will: Engage with employers, targeting those who have difficulty retaining their workforce, to develop a pipeline of clients. Provide advice and guidance to those employers on a 121 basis. Develop and deliver a series of workshops focused on relevant themes to those employers.
