GB-London: Modelling the funding implications of Government waste reforms on local government

Tender description

The LGA would like to understand the funding implications of two key waste and recycling reforms on English local authorities. We would expect the final research, including its methodology and any recommendations, to be presented as a report or PowerPoint slide deck. We would expect a presentation of the findings on two or three meetings/events. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
