Fleming Way Improvements Toilet Facilities

Tender description

Swindon Borough Council would like to invite tenders for the provision of pre-fabricated toilet facilities as part of the Fleming Way Improvements Scheme. The building is to be pre-fabricated and is to include 2 x standard unisex toilets, 2 x fully accessible toilets and a Changing Places facility which is to meet the required standards and be certifiable by Changing Places UK once complete. Full details relating to the provision of toilet facilities are supplied in the tender documents. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. Contract Period The contract will be initially for a period of 6 months commencing Jan/Feb 2025 as per the contract terms and conditions. It is envisaged that the opportunity will realise a contract value of up to £260k.
