Employers Agent Services for Design & Build Competitions Framework

Radius Housing (Radius) on behalf of itself and the named parties (Contracting Authority) is seeking to select two Employers Agent, multi-disciplinary teams to assist in the delivery of Land, Design and Build projects (package deals where a developer provides the site, designs, builds and completes the project) arising out of successful bids being received for the competitions run by Radius Housing Association or “called off” any appropriate Land Design & Build Framework. The Employer requires the Employers Agent to be fully acquainted with all procedures and requirements of current Department for Communities Housing Associations Guide including all amendments.
