Tender description

Overall existing roof to be upgraded in line with Part L requirements including new insulation and membranes and associated flashings, etc; upgrade and replacement of M and E Services and main plant to provide more energy efficient installations and refurbishment of computer labs/classrooms in South Building. The South Building roof area is approx. 2,200m2. This SAQ is to provide a specialist of suitable mechanical contractors to undertake the mechanical upgrade works that will be part of this contract.
