Tender description

This is a soft market testing exercise that seeks input from the market to establish the most effective way of packaging and procuring the City of London Corporation’s Services, to secure the best value for money and explore the inclusion of social value options with nil or minimal cost implications. We are seeking to invite suitable organisations in the energy services sector to respond to this questionnaire and, where clarification is required, conduct a short meeting for an informal exchange of ideas. The City of London is, by way of soft market testing, seeking to engage with energy suppliers and framework providers in the market to understand market trends, test the feasibility of potential procurement options, the market capacity and capability to deliver these options and the maturity of the market to compete for these options.
