Tender description
The States of Guernsey, is seeking Expressions of Interest for the following; To undertake remedial works internally and externally to Candie House (operating as Priaulx Library) which is a Protected Building under The Land Planning and Development (Guernsey) Law, 2005. Internal works comprising multiple small area filling, decorating and replacement of de-bonded lime render, decorating. External works comprising repairs to timber windows, repairs to render and mouldings. A schedule of work will be issued to obtain quotations.
