Business Scale-up Programme (2024-25)

Tender description

The council (Hammersmith & Fulham Council) seeks to procure a sole supplier to deliver a business scale up programme that offers 50 unique participants consisting of Entrepreneurs, Small & Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Microbusinesses access to business benchmarking diagnostics, growth plans, 1-2-1 mentoring and a Dragons Den Style “Competition”. The programme should engage with local businesses who need to scale up an existing business. The engagement can be mix of virtual web platforms, online meetings (Zoom, Skype, Google Meet etc), venue-based, and/or site-based outreach. The supplier must deliver the programme using the following requirements: Requirement-1) Comprehensive 1-2-1 Business Support Consisting of:. a) Business diagnostic benchmarking tool and Growth Plan b) 1-2-1 Mentoring sessions Requirement-2) Dragons Den Style Competition for SMEs Outcomes Deliver a high-quality business support offer to promote business growth and reflect our ambition to make Hammersmith and Fulham the best place to do business.
