service lead Warren Tivnen /Technical and Information Directorate Department of Health and Social - The Ambulance Radio Programme (ARP) Team has been tasked by the Association of Ambulance Chief Executives (AACE) and the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) to replace the existing mobile communication systems with new digital services for all of the Ambulance Trusts in England Control Room Solution (CRS) is the solution by which Dispatch communicates with Frontline crews and will replace the current ICCS (Integrated Control Centre Solution). DHSC funding covers the numbers which were included in the Trust baseline documents returned to ARP in 2018 and officially agreed by the Digital Leaders (previously known as Information Management and Technical Leaders – IMT Leaders).
