Tender description

A Mini Competition in accordance with 2.1 of the Call-Off Contract Award Procedure (Schedule 4) of the Dynamic Framework Agreement for the Provision Of Live Well (Adults) Supported Services under Lot 1 - Improve and Enable. The Service is a Supported Living service 24 hours per day 7 days per week. It is for 14 people at 4 properties. It is replacing an existing supported living contract provided by Home Farm Trust. There will be a range of needs supported with the expectation to provide flexible support to evolve with the needs of the tenants over time. There will be a focus on learning disabilities, and this will include specialist skills to support adults with profound and multiple disabilities alongside complex health needs.
