Tender description

The works comprise the annual servicing and maintenance of central heating and general gas installations and shall include everything necessary for this check, including all labour, parts, etc. This includes gas supply piping from the gas meter to all appliances, gas fires, gas appliances, combination boilers, condensing boilers and full or partial central heating systems, together with all electrical work associated with these installations up to and including any flexible electrical cord to pumps, boilers, etc. Wellhouse Housing Association intend to enter into a contract with a single Main Contractor to undertake the maintenance and servicing works to gas servicing installations within their housing stock and any associated sundry works required.
