This project is commissioned by the UKHSA Global Operations Directorate. The purpose of the project is to ensure that the Global Operations Directorate has a tailored, robust, and meaningful approach to VfM, which has been collaboratively designed and can be effectively embedded within the Global Operations MEL Framework. This approach should incorporate and build on the 'Four E's' model, in order that it be deemed acceptable for reporting to donors on ODA-funded programmes.
