Hull City Council is hosting a market engagement event at The Guildhall, Alfred Gelder Street, HU1 2AA on 25th January 2024 between the hours 9am -12pm. The event shall cover details of the supply of events equipment and services re-procurement for the following lots: Lot 1 - Barriers, Signage and Concrete Blocks Lot 3 - Single Unit Portable Toilets Lot 6 - Accommodation Units Lot 7 - Ironmongery The purpose of the market engagement event is to give any parties interested in tendering for the Supply of Events Equipment and Services the opportunity to: • learn more about the individual lot requirements; • learn more about the procurement process and contractual arrangements the Council intends to use; While the Event is scheduled to take place prior to the commencement of the formal procurement process, it will be conducted in a fully transparent manner with all presentations, questions and answers fully documented and shared with all registered participants.
