SCF is a successful partnership between Devon County Council and Hampshire County Council. We offer efficient frameworks for public sector organisations. Having delivered over £8bn of public sector construction we are leaders in achieving value from two stage open book procurement. Our goal is to support users through the project management and procurement process to ensure that they get maximum value and benefits. Our team of framework managers have supported public clients since 2006. SCF Consult is a key part of the group, supporting the public sector across all types of property, construction, and asset management services. https://southernconstructionframework.gov.uk/ SCF are founder members of the National Association of Construction Frameworks (NACF), who play a unique role in leading the ongoing adoption of best practice in local government and across the public sector, mentioned in the Construction Playbook. https://nacf.org.uk/ This is a market engagement exercise to inform the market of Hampshire County Council and Devon County Council's procurement strategy for the SCF Professional Services, Consult 2. Consultants are invited to view the SCF Consult 2 supplier presentation via the following link: https://southernconstructionframework.gov.uk/supplier-presentation/ The SCF Consult presentation is to brief consultants on the proposed new SCF Consult 2 Framework due to go live in August 2024 and the presentation is intended to be available to view from Wednesday 31 January 2024. Questions may be raised via an email to SCF@hants.gov.uk by no later than Wednesday 7 February 2024. Lot 1: The SCF Consult 2 Framework will be open to all public sector organisations in the regions identified above and the high level scope of services are as follows: • asset strategy and estates management • place making, planning & development • valuation, land acquisition and disposals • commercial and cost management • programme and project management • design and delivery of programmes and projects • technical standards, assurance and risk • consultancy services associated with repairs and maintenance • consultancy services associated operational facilities management A detailed scope of services will be included within the Invitation to Tender documents.
