Tender description

To establish a Peer-led Recovery Forum - which will platform the collective voice of people in recovery across Luton and steer the development of the recovery community They will recruit a Volunteer Coordinator who will recruit, train, and coordinate the activity of volunteers with lived / living experience of recovery who will then act as (peer delivered) Recovery Champions. Another person with lived experience will be recuited into full-time Giving Real Opportunity to Work Traineeship. (GROW) The GROW role will provide (peer-led) one-to-one recovery support to people completing treatment, to enable them to engage in recovery community activities and build the recovery capital needed to maintain long-term recovery. Both of these roles will enable long-term recovery to be sustainable, increase the visibility of recovery and support social integration.
