Review to Make HR Policies Anti-Racist

Tender description

The Welsh Government wishes to commission a review of its human resource policies, procedures and processes from an anti-racist perspective. The review will result in an evidence-based report, with accompanying recommendations, outlining how the Welsh Government’s HR policies, processes and practices can support the ambition of becoming an anti-racist organisation. We expect the review to include desk-based research, interviews, data analysis and the development of an evaluation framework.
