Tender description

TU Dublin wishes to procure a secure Examinations Management System for Technological University, Dublin (TU Dublin). It is desirable that the option of an add-on pay-per-use e-proctoring solution can also be provided. The end-to-end management of examination papers and marking schemes has traditionally been managed through manual, elaborate, and insecure processes. TU Dublin wishes to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and security of the current fragmented processes that support the management of its examinations and assessments. TU Dublin wishes to implement an end-to-end solution for the management of assessment materials that are adopted on its programmes of study. It will involve a range of both internal and external stakeholders who are directly or indirectly impacted by this proposed solution. The solution is to be implemented across all faculties and campuses of TU Dublin. The academic community in TU Dublin expects to commence management of examination papers and marking schemes within such a system by September 2024.
