The University of Glasgow would like to appoint a supplier for a period of Three years with the option to extend for a further 12 month period, for their requirements of providing a preventive maintenance programme of services to cover a variety of its buildings, including but not limited to, Teaching and Learning facilities, Halls of Residence, Administration departments, Catering facilities, the University chapel, our Visitor Centre and our Hunterian Museum & Art Gallery. There are also areas that provide services to the buildings such as plant rooms and water tank rooms, which would be within scope.
