The development and delivery of an internal communications and business change strategy in support of the CEO's strategic activity at TPR. This includes: Gathering insight to inform development of the strategy including employee engagement scores/survey feedback/stakeholder discussion. Development of a high quality, fully formed internal communications and business change strategy that supports this activity and is fully aligned with key events Continuous improvement/development of the strategy and plan in the face of any changes resulting from stakeholder feedback, the broader organisational context and changes to the overall plan Providing advice to the CEO group on how best to manage key stakeholders, deliver key messages and manage stakeholder feedback. Delivery of the required internal communications products and events. Effective engagement with the BAU IC team to support delivery of key content Attendance at regular project meetings to provide updates and respond to any changes in the project.
