Tender description

The Contract will principally comprise of responsive repair works for HOMES FOR LIFE’s 305 properties and 2 offices (291 of these properties are covered by this responsive repair contract). This consists principally of: - Joinery Work - Plumbing Work - Electrical Work - Roofing and General Building Work (minor works) - Emergency Out of Hours (Multi-Trade) - Empty Home Repair Works (Mult- Trade) - Cyclical safety checks (may be included using an SOR) 1.1 The Contract will principally comprise of responsive repair works for HOMES FOR LIFE’s 305 properties and 2 offices (291 of these properties are covered by this responsive repair contract).
