Tender description

The works comprise of the construction of 43no. two storey social housing units and all associated site development works on a brownfield site at Chapel Road, Dungloe, Co. Donegal. The scheme comprises of 19no. houses in seven terraces (7no. 2 bed units, 8no. 3 bed units, 4no. 4 bed units) and 24no. apartments in six blocks ( 20no. 2 bed units and 4no. 1 bed units). The associated site works and services consist of the following non exhaustive list: Diversion of an existing overhead power line, demolition of existing structures on site, site clearance and excavation works, on-site surface water attenuation, underground static water storage tanks, new access roads, footpaths and carparking throughout the site, construction of foul pumping station with rising main connection, existing watermain upgrade and new surface water pipe.
