To undertake works for a replacement toilet facility, to include male and female toilets, changing places facility, general neutral toilet, accessible toilets and family room. The site forms part of a public car park and therefore when pricing the risks associated with this must be taken into account. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
