Framework for Drainage Maintenance, Repairs, Renewals & Refurbishment

Tender description

Wrexham County Borough Council is looking to establish a Framework for Drainage Maintenance, Repairs, Renewals & Refurbishment, in compliance with the specification provided. Up to three Contractors will be awarded onto the Framework (single Lot). Contracted work will be carried out to Council owned properties/assets including, but not limited to, occupied and void Council owned housing and corporate buildings. Contracted work may be carried out at any Council owned property/asset if necessary at various locations across Wrexham County Borough. The works include repairs during normal working hours and emergency repairs outside normal working hours. Contractors are required to provide a 24/7, 365 days a year emergency call out service. Drainage work may also be required for drainage installations associated with the refurbishment of void properties by the Council’s Direct Labour Organisation (DLO).
