Tender description

As part of this model we are seeking the provision of intensive medication management support to clients where this support would be a better fit than home care., We expect to deploy to up to 100 clients as part of this implementation, but we need a solution that is scalable should the benefits of further usage be clear. PLEASE NOTE: All Expressions of Interest must be submitted via The Chest Portal by 12:00 Noon on 2nd February 2024. All clarification questions are to be via the messaging facility on the portal.
