Tender description

This project will develop an Electric Vehicle Charging Point (EVCP) network of mobility hubs across approximately 6 public car park locations. The aim is to award to a single Supplier of EV Chargepoint equipment to help create a series of Charging Hubs to cater for both visitor use and resident charging overnight. Approx. 50 x 7KW EVCP’s, 25 x 50KW, 25 x 125KW+ Chargepoints suitable for load management are being sought. This contract is for EV Chargepoint equipment only and not installation. Warranty and Maintenance contracts will be considered over an extended period of time of 5yrs. Work will commence approx. Aug/Sept 2024 pending permissions being granted. The mobility hubs project is fully fund from the UK Govt. Levelling Up Fund Rd 3 and part of Dumfries & Galloway Council’s Transport Bid.
