Tender description

The development of a standard set of simplified national people policies by 2025 is a key action within the Future of NHS HR and OD report (FHROD). Currently, each NHS organisation creates its own policies and framework for resolution, which can lead to considerable management capacity being allocated to policy development and variation in the approach taken to resolution of workplace conflicts. A simplified and standardised approach to workplace resolution is intended to embed a just culture approach within the NHS, incorporating in one framework disciplinary, capability, grievance, and bullying/harassment policies.
