Tender description

The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier Framework to provide Energy Efficiency Retrofit measures in accordance with PAS 2035 for domestic and public buildings along with any required refurbishment works for its Members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies. The Framework is split into two Lots Lot 1 - Scotland Lot 2 - Northern Ireland The authority seeks to appoint up to 8 suitably qualified Principal Contractors able to provide the full requirements. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Scotland The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier Framework to provide Energy Efficiency Retrofit measures in accordance with PAS 2035 for domestic and public buildings along with any required refurbishment works for its Members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies in Scotland The authority seeks to appoint up to 8 suitably qualified Principal Contractors able to provide the full requirements. Additional information: Initial Period 24 Months with Option to Extend by further 2 x 12 Month periods. The Authority seeks to appoint up to 8 Suppliers able to provide the requirements across the entire geographical area covered by this Lot.
