The purpose of the regeneration scheme is to carry out works to upgrade Thermal Value to 42nr. Council owned properties at Sketty Park. Properties within regeneration scheme are tenanted 2/3 Bed semi-detached Properties, 2 storey Flats and 1 block of 4 storey flats. External Wall fabric is Traditional Cavity Wall Construction made up of an internal Blockwork Skin, 50mm Cavity and a pebble dashed Blockwork / brickwork external façade. Quotation for Labour, plant and materials to supply and install White uPVC-U Doors as per Drawing and Specification. Existing windows to be carefully removed taking care to minimise damage to internal reveals. Windows to be disposed off-site, glass to be recycled, all of the above must comply in accordance with the British Standards.
