CBC-1627-T-AS Householder Travel Survey 2024 & 2026

Tender description

Every second year CBC commissions a telephone survey of a representative sample of residents to ask them about how they travel and what they think about transport in CBC. We used the same firm for a number of years (Public Perspectives), and have reached the point where we need to reprocure the work rather than going for a(nother) waiver. The last survey cost £30,000. We would like to let a contract for the 2024 and 2026 surveys. We will also be preparing the new Local Transport Plan, which may require additional research calling for supplementary survey work using comparable methodology so we would like an option to commission this from the same supplier. Estimated spend would be expected to be the maximum over the period including optional work. See full specification document attached. The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the quotation process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. Last date for receiving questions on the In-Tend system: 6th February 2024 Completed Quotations and attachments should be submitted electronically by the due date via our In-tend electronic tendering system. Quotations must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Quotations submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Quotation must be submitted via the In-tend system by no later than 09.00 on Monday 12th February 2024 Quotations received after that time will be excluded.
