Tender description

The works are for the provision of all people, equipment, plant and materials, charges, and insurances necessary for the supply, delivery, installation, testing for the following activities described below but not limited to: - Preparation of ground including to earthworks, excavation, dig and replace any temporary works associated to excavations. - All Interfacing works with piles for foundation works (Pile cropping, pile cap, ground beams and other elements) - Structural element blinding concrete, formworks, reinforcement, in-situ concrete works and all associated methods and testing - Structural element related to the ground slab including all starter bars and kickers - (precast element provision to be incorporated in construction) - All waterproofing elements - All buried services below slab to be included in the works (drainage, electrical and comms ducts, gas relieve pipes) - Earthing and Bonding connection cable to reinforcement and connection points through slabs - Preparation and submission of documentation for works ITP, RAMS, QRPs, Programme and any documentation required to deliver the works.
