The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, has appointed a Supplier to undertake the robust and timely analysis of (and reporting on) the responses received to two distinct consultation exercises - each of which has different contents, methodologies and scales of responses: 1. Heat in Buildings Bill Consultation (consultation period: 28 November 2023 to 8 March 2024) 2.
