The Authority is looking for a supplier to deliver a work package which consists of a series of discreet consultations to establish the interventions required to facilitate discharge from hospital for adults with a learning disability and or autistic people, where there are delays in discharge. A full description of the requirement can be found in the ITQ document once suppliers have registered their interest. Please note: the budget for this work is £50,000 exclusive of VAT.
